Was told product was in stock.. after 3 calls it was not and after almost two weeks no product. Terrible run around, dishonest sales ppl.

I ordered a drone backpack on 1/15/18 and received an order confirmation. I have not actually received my item and can not get anyone to respond to my emails or phone messages. I’ve filed a dispute with PayPal and am waiting to here back. Don’t order from a company that doesn’t have any customer support. Learn from my mistake.

Price point is unbeatable. Would give them 5 stars but their customer service was lacking in keeping me informed of order status. I had to call them, once I got in touch they were great with order status. I will do business with them again Highly recommend them

Terrible Seller. I ordered a backpack to cover my drone, and was waiting for a shipping confirmation. Instead, I had to log into the website and found out from looking at the order they were refunding me instead of sending me the item I bought. Then, when I wanted to buy it again they raised the price over a hundred dollars. Insane and unethical. Hard to buy from someone who cancels your order, doesn't let you know, then raises the price.

Great product - Great Price - communications with clients may be improved someday but over all 5 start is ok with me.
