I ordered the shorts. I like the fit and fabric. I would not order them again because the button closure takes forever to close and open. The buttonhole is too small. It's extremely aggravating.

The shorts I ordered was received in less than 2 weeks. They were just as they were described and reasonably priced

It is time for a class action lawsuit against 32Degrees. File complaints for money loss or false advertising with Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They built a good brand, but now Christine Haley is surrounded by all the wrong people. Every Company abandoning customer service is ripping off customers. I bought jackets advertised as 100% nylon, but the lining was 100% polyester, defeating the purpose of down. I have bought from this company for years through Macy's and directly. This is the first problem, and finding there is no customer service, which directly results in ripping off customers. It's a tragedy to destroy this brand.

I ordered items online at 32 Degrees, received the confirmation, and then the next day, received an email stating that the order was canceled. When communicating with 32 Degrees, I was informed that the order was canceled by the bank due to either a problem with confirming the address with my bank, or there was insufficient money in the bank. As I am viewing my online bank account and see that the 32 Degrees Order amount is still deducted from my bank account days later, I talked to my bank to obtain the facts. My bank did not and had no reason to cancel the order as stated by 32 Degrees. 32 Degrees canceled the order itself, lied about the reason for the cancellation and blamed the bank, and continued to charge my account for an order that they never planned to fulfill. AVOID 32 Degrees . . . Liars, Dishonest, Scammers

Items haven';t been received. still waiting on Christmas presents that were to be delivered on 12/23/2022

Had to email to get order shipped. Missing 3 items that are Christmas presents. Not purchasing again.

The process for returns is deceptive and not fair. I ordered two shirts (same item). Tried it on and wore it for day...it was a dry fit shirt that did not hold shape. Company charges $5.00 to return and will not accept anything worn at all. How are you supposed to know if shirt fits without trying it on? What if wear for a day and quality is bad? They make it very difficult to return anything. I would not do business with this company.

The vest is very warm, and very Black Camo...came before expected; thanks. :) The price was great, also!
