I couldn't have been happier
The site was easy to use and understand. The banners are very well priced. Shipping was very quick, no problems what so ever. The banner quality exceeded my expectations.

Zero customer service
Zero customer service , only an online chat available, banners did not arrive after paying premium shipping to ensure they would make it, requested a refund and was told I would get a call back , nothing , reached out to the owners on all forms of social media and still nothing. I would not recommend ordering from them. I wish I would have seen all the BBB complaints.

Hi Tammy, I am sorry we did not earn a 5 Star Review. I have checked your order history and your banner arrived three days AHEAD of the scheduled due date. You also chose our slowest economy shipping. There are no emails, phone messages or social media posts that there was any issue, I assure you we don't duck responsibility, we will resolve any concern. Please email us or call us so we can help further.

Exceptional Web Site
I ordered the banner on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday - WOW. The software to create the banner was easy to follow, it took less than an hour to plan the banner and pay for it. I am 69 years old and getting our 50th Anniversary banner delivered 3 days after I ordered it, with $20 for 1 day shipping was a godsend. I cannot say enough good stuff for 2 Day Banner. God Bless You All and THANK YOU My wife of 50 years was totally surprised and amazed at the banner that we hung between the 2 trees in our front yard that we planted 30 years ago.
