Fast delivery, after receiving my sofa I decided to order the armless to make it bigger. I was told that it was going to be on BO for 30 days but I received it within 2 weeks. The 2 people who assisted me through email add text were amazing , I forgot their names but I’m sure u can look them up by looking at my order. I will definitely shop with you guys again. I love my sofa.

Do NOT buy from this vendor. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with them. They advertise items available when they are out of stock. Worse customer experience. The sofa I ordered was delayed 4 months with no update. If I didn't reach out to them, I would have never been contacted. Every time you contact them, it's excuse after excuse of why the product is delayed. Even getting a refund was difficult, more "delays" and excuses. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with them.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your order and the subsequent refund process. Regarding the delay in your refund, we want to clarify that the initial refund attempt showed a failure in our system. To avoid the risk of issuing duplicate refunds, we needed to verify with the bank that the refund had indeed not been processed successfully. This verification process unfortunately took longer than expected. We understand how this delay added to your frustration, and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We are currently working on improving our processes to ensure that such issues are handled more efficiently in the future. We value your feedback and appreciate your patience. If there is anything more we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I placed my order on 5/10 and still have not received tracking on 6/24. When I placed the order the website said 5/20-6/06 delivery window. I reached out and was given around 6/22 and then another time around 6/25. I reached out again two days ago and have not received a reply. The website currently says 10-30 business day timeframe. Well I’m past that and I still have nothing.

This experience was extremely easy. Sunny was so helpful and dealt with the many questions I had. We love our couch, and recommend the company entirely.

My purchase was quite challenging because the shipping was to Europe. Sunny is the girl I worked with. She handled everything with kindness and respect. If there was a question from her side, she was so diligent. She is the ultimate professional and will use her services in the future!

Great couch. Was missing a pillow which hasn’t been sent yet. They said they’ll send it when it’s back in stock in 40 days…

This is my second couch from 25home and I’m so happy with it again! I think the price is great, the style is unmatched and the quality really great so far! We have had our sandwhich sofa sectional for over a year and love it! It’s held up so well. I hope this one is the same. Shipping did take forever but they stayed in contact with me the entire time which gave me piece of mind and they custom made cushions for me, so I get it!
