I had a weird issue where I couldn't…
I had a weird issue where I couldn't reset my password via email which is something that I've always done. I called them over the phone and they were very helpful and friendly. Then they've asked to continue over chatting on their website where they've helped me resolve the issue. I've had a very decent customer experience with them.
