I continue to have irritation from the contacts ordered from 1-800 contacts. The representatives are very helpful and kind but the contacts are either not of good quality or just not for me but I’ve worn the fresh look contacts for years ,only to switch and use your company for a not so good product ☹️

We are sorry to hear that the contacts are causing irritation. We understand your frustration, especially since you've worn Freshlook contacts for years. We would be happy to look into replacements for you, if needed, or see if there is a change in prescription that would help. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible and would love to make it right.
