Great product and excellent on-line service pertaining in correcting my mistake in ordering

Milk Street’s customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I purchased the Dutch oven with a wooden trivet. The surface of the trivet was terribly marked up. I contacted CS with a photo and a new one arrived within days. The second was better but still marked up. I decided to just keep it and did not complain but did write a review stating the issue. I was shocked when someone from the CS contacted me and insisted that I should get yet another one. It arrived perfect. I never expected that they would read my review or take such positive action to resolve the issue. Congratulations to Milk Street on their fabulous customer service!

I love the Magazine. The recipes are usually simple and I like getting familiar with ingredients that are new to me. Also love your online store!
