Kevin, this is my 27th and final interaction with you. 10 Second Racing DOES NOT have your funds. I just sent you an email with documented proof confirming the refund was routed back to your orginal card used on 08/27. Your bank, Discover Financial, DID NOT route the funds from the order back to 10 Second Racing until 08/27. If you do not have your refund by Tuesday, 09/03, feel free to contact Discover to ask them the status of your refund. I would also advise asking them why they held your funds for over three months considering this is how long the dispute process took before it was closed. Nonetheless, we are still happy to help you in the future should you decide to contact our team again regarding a new product inquiry. We understand the nature of custom made to order products can be rather frustrating due to wait times. Hope you enjoy the remainder of your week Kevin. - Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing

Hi Chester, if you have an email from Affirm suggesting your order was updated with tracking, I will gladly review it if you could send it to [email protected]. I have a copy of the dispute outcome from Affirm myself confirming the order was cancelled and refunded as requested. So when you say something is not adding up, I feel you there. As I mentioned previously, 10 Second Racing has no control over the refund process with Affirm. You have a financing agreement with Affirm. The agreement is not with 10 Second Racing. I am happy to continue our conversation further over email if you could take a few minutes to share the documentation you have from Affirm. I will share what you have and what I have with our account manager at Affirm when they return this Tuesday from the holiday weekend. Hope you enjoy yours as well Chester. - Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing

Hi Niall, I reviewed our order and client database, no idea who you are. 10 Second Racing would never share a picture of someone via email much less tell them to shop elsehwhere. Sounds like who you have the wrong company altogether. Please consider removing your review and venting with the correct company. Edit: Niall, you absolutely do not have the correct company. I am not sure if you are a friend of a disgruntled customer. I can assure you however that leaving a fraudalent, defamatory review of our accredited company would not help resolve their inquiry. 10 Second Racing addresses negative complaints with the utmost professionalism. What you have described sounds more like a prank or spam if your story is indeed true. I hope you resolve whatever is going with the correct company, because I can confirm it is not 10 Second Racing. Edit: Only person you are having a shouting match with is yourself Niall. I don't have anything further to add what I've already said to help. If you could use support with an automotive related inquiry, I am personally happy to help you at [email protected]. Otherwise, I wish you all the best man. - Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing

Valentin, your package was shipped the same day it was ordered. The package was redirected back to 10 Second Racing last week because YOU did not pay the UPS import invoice sent to you about a dozen times via email between 08/10 - 08/15. If you are not familiar with importing US made products into Switzerland, they are subject to import fees by YOUR government. We are happy to mail this package back to you at our cost for a second time. Could you make an effort to check your email for updates from UPS for the invoice this time? Much appreciated if you could this time as we do not intend to mail this package to you a third time if it is sent back again Valentin. - Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing
