Mateo, had you notified the service team your package was delivered to the wrong address, we would have gladly worked with you to mail a replacement. I can see your intake was in fact delivered to the same address provided on your order. As opposed to notifying our team of a lost or missing package, you decided to submit a chargeback claiming you never received it. If you would like to reconsider modifying or removing your review, I am happy to work with you on a resolution. If you are not interested, you are welcome to contact UPS customer service to submit a package claim. This is a process my team helps with for customers when they are missing a package. Hi Robert, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback of your experience with 10 Second Racing. We are sorry to hear it has been less than optimal. Thanks for the provided order number. I extensively reviewed the notes and conversations from your order. The brake kit you ordered from Powerstop was and still is a custom built to order item. The prolonged lead time is attributed to Powerstop’s inability to obtain brake caliper cores to refurbish and include with this brake kit type. You were offered several times to mail your brake calipers to Powerstop to refurbish to complete the kit at a discount I may add. You rejected this proposal and opted to continue waiting. Our team proactively kept in touch with you every day since your date of order either via phone or email. You also spoke with Powerstop yesterday per a recording shared with myself from a contact I have with Powerstop. Their tech rep shared the same details with you and mentioned you were unreasonable with your demands for the order. I can see your order was recently cancelled and refunded today. Please feel welcome to order directly with Powerstop or another retailer if you feel you can source this brake kit faster. All the best building your 10 second car elsewhere Robert E Cartwright. I reviewed your order which included an exhaust system from Flowmaster, a subsidiary of Holley Performance. This item is a manufactured to order system with a build time of 7-8 weeks. You ordered in early December with an expected ship date of 01/31/25. I recently cancelled and refunded in your order in full. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your payment method used. If you would like to still order this item, please feel welcome to call Holley Performance directly. Hi Juan, thanks for the provided order number. Your mid-pipes were shipped two days after your order and were returned back to us due to an unrecognized address by UPS. Our team attempted to contact you several times via email since there was not a phone number listed on your order. You finally responded by the time the mid-pipes were returned to us (two weeks later). We asked you to confirm a valid mailing address and the package was delivered to you successfully a second time. You also requested to cancel your order while the package was en route to you the second time. Our support team very clearly explained to you it would be possible to redirect the package back to us for a $25 fee. This fee is charged for redirecting shipments by UPS. It is not charged by 10 Second Racing. Would advise you actively monitor your email in the future when submitting new orders with 10 Second Racing. Apologies for the cancelled label the 3rd party was the manufacturer as it was shipping directly from their location. Hi Diego, thanks for the provided order number. You did not receive one of the products in your order because it could not be shipped to California due to CARB emission restrictions. You had multiple interactions with our support team to find another solution. You were not open to considering another option which could be shipped to you, hence why this item was refunded.
