The lady that helped me get a unit was very helpful.This was the second unit that I have reserved and both have gone very smoothly.

I thought the indemnity insurance requirement was for renting storage units. I rent a parking spot to store my 30' travel trailer and was suddenly charged after having rented without that for several months. When I called about it, I was told to submit insurance verification and once it was received, I could call back and get the insurance charge refunded. After a long time on the phone with USAA to get all the ridiculous requirements met for the proof of insurance, I called in only to be told it was submitted too late and I wouldn't be refunded, even though the insurance I have was in effect the entire time. This is the second time I have been misinformed by this company and it always costs me.

Tom, We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. After looking into your account we do see that you did not initially provide us with proof of your personal insurance, we do periodic audits of the facilities to make sure that everyone is covered by either their own personal insurance or our Indemnity Waiver Program. It is also stated in your lease agreement that you agree to be enrolled in the Indemnity Waiver Program unless you provide proof of personal insurance. In an effort to try and make this right we will be re-evaluating your account and will be in contact with you. We hope this provides clarity into the situation. -10 Federal Management

The website is hard to navigate. We struggled to get in the gate and sat for over 10 minutes trying to get out. You have to call customer service to do anything and that’s not easy. I called a total of 8 times, either got a voicemail, or a hang up. Seriously considered driving through the gate. While they are (barely) cheaper then the others around them, they are super hard to get a hold of. Just pay $5 extra and save yourself the hassle.

I opened my unit and there was trash and someone left furniture that they didn’t want inside it. Y’all need someone in site

Jessica, Upon looking into the history on the unit account it seems as though there was a previous tenant that left their items in the unit when they vacated. Normally when someone is vacated from our system the unit would automatically be marked out of service and scheduled for cleaning but in this instance it seems as though there was a glitch in the system that did not allow that to happen. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and are working to sort out what allowed this to happen. -10 Federal Management

After several conversations with their staff about a problem at their Sedwick location, and their lack of interest or concern, I was go to relocate. Then the next mont I found out that UHaul had purchased this location. Within a week, and before I could discuss the problem with them, they were already working on it. I am now completely happy with my unit, and I also found out when I'm late with my payment, I am not charged a 75% late fee, Thank You UHaul, and no thank you 10 federal !!

Clean and easily accessible. They provide a lock so savings there as well as reasonable rental fee. No carts or dolly to help with the move so plan to make a bunch of trips, or rent one somewhere else. I signed up online and checked in without ever seeing an employee.

Exit keypad is illegible. Combination to open existing lock on unit did not work but a call to the help line number (Sabastian?) quickly remedied the problem. No other issues renting the unit.
