We have a Thor Range and Range Hood. The Range hood lights stopped working. Upon calling the Zline Kitchen support team, they were very courteous and asked me to send them relevant images of model and video of the issue. Based on that, they have promptly shipped me all relevant parts and a video of how to install the parts. Wonderful, hassle free support!!

Called tp follow up on my claim submitted over a week ago. The rep promptly pulled my claim with my phone number and started working the cade. My stove is not heating and door not closing properly, it was an easy pleasant phone call where we trouble shoot the issue and they were able to put a warranty request in. No wrangling just issue and a resolution. Thankful, even though I'm without a oven for a few weeks.

The woman that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She was clear in what she needed, and I was not kept on the phone, waiting for long periods of time. I have loved Zline products, and this is my second kitchen with Zline so I was very happy that they are replacing my microwave that has been malfunctioning.
