Booking was easy and making any changes to our reservation was as well. To make changes or request info - you text and the team gets back to you within a few hours. To be honest, I like this option since I don’t need to call or wait for an email.

Great, fast and efficient service. Transferred original booking made through Celebrity to Zipsea. Zipsea was able to give me onboard credit that Celebrity or other agents couldn't match. Almost 2 months after booking, I noticed that Celebrity lowered the price for the same cabin category and similar location as my originally booking. Texted Mario and within 5 minutes, he responded to confirm that he repriced my booking and saved me almost $1000. That is what I call exemplary service. Highly recommend Zipsea.
