The managers who helped me navigate appointment were very helpful. However, I can't give a 5 star review because there were come issues with the lockbox code.

Ziprent's help with finding a renter was professional. It's great that the information on the progress for the tenants, lease, and repairs is on the online portal.

Great company to partner with to help with rentals management. They are extremely responsive and use technology to streamline the overall process.

I recently rented a home in Sunnyvale CA through Ziprent. Working with Ziprent was a convenient experience for me. The prompt responses, weekend availability, flexibility while taking a U-turn with another tenant, and over communication helped us finish the whole process in one week very smoothly. This included touring the property, application process, background check, homeowner review, lease agreement review/signing, security deposit, and door key delivery instructions. Process wise Ziprent website was very convenient, a mobile app could be an improvement. I would be happy to work with Ziprent again and also recommend them to other homeowners or tenants.

On top of masters from finding a tenant, placing, and handling repairs. Sometimes they are so in it that people overlap emails about the same subject. Great price for the value of service. I’d recommend them for your property management needs!

Overall, the service is great and adds a lot of efficiency to the renting experience in my case. What would be helpful is an app or a readily available helpline to get questions answered. The lockbox isn't the easiest to open also (I had to call and get a new code). There's also a walkthrough form before move-in. A great idea but the form is so long, the website is not mobile friendly and its too hard to get to in the middle of the move. If ziprent could include information around utilities, wifi, trash etc for the unit being rented it'd be an improved experience. Along with a better mobile site and a list of recommended movers to choose from. Ziprent makes things more efficient but there few more things they can add to make the experience even better.
