Still getting used to the system. I find that I have to use many add-ons and workarounds to do basic tasks, and there's too much clicking involved. I guess some of this stuff is useful for a big team that has to handle many ticket transfers, but it seems needlessly complicated for a small team sometimes.

I used Zendesk from 2016 to 2023. It was good at first, but the new updates are not helpful. People are looking for other services now. I suggest that Zendesk should not end the chat option. I am not satisfied with Zendesk anymore.

Have tried to raise a fault a few times. It says it's raised as I received a broken dish using zen desk plate form on pyrex cookshop UK and they still haven't been back in touch after 18 days. There is no other way to contact cookshop due to them using zen desk. Can you check if they have my fault please. It's reference 39433. Or does your help desk system not work? Update next day. Pyrex cookware got in touch. So will update my review to a 3. Not sure if zen desk chased them for me. As it may not be fair to judge have update review from 1to 3. If company replies and explains the platform was working I will change review further or they chased client to sort I will change review as not their fault.

We've been using Zendesk for years now, but it looks like I need to think of an alternative. Lately we've been trying our their Agent Workspace and Messaging and it is absolutely raw and full of bugs and limitations. Their support is not helpful and their community managers can promise to fix issues for years and nothing changes.
