I'm often in meetings or on the road, and i used to miss important voicemails. Now, every voicemail lands in my inbox and I can listen from my smartwatch, phone, or laptop. just last week, I was hiking and got an urgent message from a client in the uk. I forwarded it to my assistant directly from gmail and she followed up immediately. without this feature, we might’ve lost the deal.

We’re a travel tech company, so our team is spread across Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America. Zadarma's e SIM feature has changed the game for us. Our product manager in Bali no longer has to hunt for local SIMs, and our sales rep in Spain uses her Zadarma number to take US-based client calls with crystal clarity. The time difference doesn't even Matter — we route calls to whoever is online using call forwarding rules. It’s streamlined our workflows and allowed us to operate like a much bigger company.

Despite what other people have said here, i really like the service i get from Zadarma, most issues are caused by user error. They enabled me to a UK mobile number delivered to my phone without using a SIM card slot, so i can put a local SIM in Spain in my phone. Support has always been good and fast.

I now use Zadarma regularly with no problems PREVIOUS 2025 the service is great technically and the prices are good but customer service are horrible. I get the feeling they can solve problems but for some reason don't want to, they prefer insulting customers as if we are stupid.

My documents never got accepted. Even though they were correct. The purpose to get a second phone number should not according to Zadarma rule be for business purposes. Support is great, they didn't fix my issue but got me a refund quickly.

La pagina anda bien, su app excelente, pero minimo debes habilitar por 3 meses para que te pueda activar todas las funciones. Así que si activas solo por un mes, no te sirve, no le encuentro el sentido a eso, me parece que si ponen para comprar para un mes, ya deberia funcionar todo, es una critica para mejorar, todo lo demás esta muy bien, pero solo ese problema, porque no le encuentro el senido, para que ponen para comprar un mes, siendo que no va a funcionar, mejor hubiera sido que pongan para activar a partiir de los 3 meses para adelante, y ahi solucion
