Yorahome for the win
Very happy with the products but the support is even better. I had situation I could not overcome and they gave me several options to try and figured it out. I was able to meet my deadline for the client. Thank you!

The Best Laser Team Out There
This is an amazing company with the perfect mindset for the newcomer who wants to learn laser engraving. They are experts on their own products and pride themselves in helping both the amateurs and the pros perfect this very difficult skill.

Yorahome customer service
I'm relatively new to Yorahome products and on two occasions I've contacted them and they are fantastic. Excellent response time when contacted them via email and even received a phone call today to talk me through the problem I have. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. Peace of mind knowing if I have a problem there is someone to help. First class service! Thank you

Had a power supply go bad
Had a power supply go bad, they did trouble shooting right away and when it was determined that the power supply died, they got a new one out to me immediately
