Customer service from Yora is very excellent. That’s a good thing because there are some issues with the product coming from China. Incorrect parts and very vague instructions. The videos and help created by Yora saved the day.

A verbal sequence of assembly would have been helpful. An option to purchase or download a software manual would also be helpful.

I think Yorahome is awesome. Yes, I only gave them 4 stars but that is because of my belief there is always room for improvement. I am very pleased with the service and product I have received so far. I totally understand each machine, program, wood, and so many other factors play a major role in the outcome of a project. But it would be so helpful, to the newcomers, if there was a printed starting point guide (for the lack of a better term) with power levels, speed, etc. And, I may have missed or skipped over it, but maybe another way for newcomers to practice different types of projects. All in all, I am pushing ahead and learning by trial and lots of errors. So glad I researched other companies but decided on Yorahome.

Customer Service, is awesome, love my 6550 5.5w laser, also love my 3018 pro, my only complaint, is yall need a better way to attach the wood to the 3018, fix that and I'd give 5 stars,

Overall excellent experience, great customer service. Bough the 6550, 15W and the only thing between my 4 stars and a 5 star rating is the extended unavailability of the z-axis upgrade. Would certainly recommend YoraHome to others!

My machine (6550, 3.5w) has been very fun and at the same time aggravating! One thing that really needs fixed is your instruction manual! The only other thing that is happening is my cooling fan. It is past warranty time limit (not by much) and the fan is making horrible noises when you turn it on. It usually works correctly after a few minutes! Good purchase so far!
