Before I started my 10 yr old German shepherd heeler Rocky on the joint chews he just looked and acted very sad. Like he was in pain all the time due to his back leg. He would whimper getting in and out of the car, we even tried using a ramp to help. He never wanted to go anywhere. Decided to try the chews and holy cow! We are a week in I took him up to the mountain and first of all HE WANTED TO GO! Then when we got there he led me( usually he was in the back just kinda poking along) everyone was even commenting on how much better he seemed. I am looking forward to seeing him in a month then three months in. I was skeptical at first but now that I have seen how much better he is I am a total believer in the product and how it truly does work.

Hi Sarah. It's heartbreaking to see our beloved pets in pain and acting sad, especially when they struggle with mobility issues. We're glad that you decided to give Wuffes joint chews a try and witness the remarkable transformation in Rocky's behavior. Thank you for choosing Wuffes and placing your trust in our product. We look forward to supporting you and Rocky on this journey, and we can't wait to see his continued progress in the coming months.

Essentially I had a bad experience with the auto ship, lack of reminders, and lack of a window for cancelling the order. I then had a customer service issue based on the Convo with a customer service rep. The manager called, apologized, and took my feedback. I am hoping they implement some of the changes we talked about so that it is a better experience for everyone. I do like the product, their passion, and it has seemed to help my dog. I would give them a try but do not use auto ship if you don't want a headache, at least until they have email reminders.

I came across Wuffes in my Facebook feed one day, and saw the raving comments from customers - even on their paid ads (!) - so I knew it had to be good. I decided to give it a try, and am very pleased so far. My 14 year old dachshund is blind, deaf, and has had two scares with lower-end lameness and incontinence. After a few expensive acupuncture visits & large diet changes, I have promised my little girl only the best. While I expect her to be more lazy in her late years, I hate seeing her wobble around and moving slowly. Since starting Wuffes I have noticed a general improvement in her mood, with more excitement in the day for her- that tail wag though! She loves her Wuffes after her first potty break of the day! She will always wobble, but I have seen her have the 'zoomies' & play with toys for the first time in YEARS since starting Wuffes. I am now on my second order of them and hoping to continue this progress. With regular use I expect this to make a big improvement in her life & I couldn't be happier. She thinks they taste good, too, which always helps! ;) Definitely worth the price! Your pooch (and you) will be happy!

Witnessing her have the 'zoomies' and play with toys again after years is truly heartwarming and speaks volumes about the positive changes Wuffes has brought to her life. Thank you for choosing Wuffes!

I had an amazing customer service with Cristina from Wuffes. I placed an order through ShopPay without realizing that it went to the wrong address. By the time I realized it was on the way, there was nothing the USPS could do about it. I reached out on a Saturday and heard from Cristina within an hour. She dealt with the situation in a friendly, professional, and effective way. I'm super happy with the customer service from Wuffes and can't wait for my Great Dane to get his treats!!

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're grateful for the opportunity to serve you and resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We hope that your Great Dane will soon be able to enjoy the treats you ordered, and we're sure they will love them as much as you love our customer service!

I don’t know the science behind it, I just know that it works! My 105 lb German Shepherd was diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia at only a year old. I could tell his hips were tight and he wouldn’t lift his leg to pee. After a couple of months (what they say seems to be true: that you need to give it some time) he’s a different dog! So grateful for Wuffes!
