I charged my watch as in the directions. when the battery was depleted I tried to put it on the magnetic charging cord. The magnetic portion was the opposite poling and the cord keeps being rejected. How do I correct this from happening. I have used the watch and have checked it with my finger stick machine to calibrate it. Now I can not charge it? Any suggestions?

Well I bought it for the blood glucose testing. I should of knew it was too good to be true. It gives me a very false percent reading when I checked it against my other blood tester. The box when it came barely had any instructions I have a Samsung android phone tried to pair it with Bluetooth it doesn't connect. This was a waste of money for me great idea I wish it worked.

Bought thus watch praying it would work. Like the watch but the glucose monitor does not work well and BP measurements are not accurate. Tried to return it and they would not. Hopes fashed😮💨

where do i begin, after charging, spent a couple of hours trying to register and sign up without success, finally went to google and found the App, from China, I thought from the ads it was a American made watch, but it's not, first night battery died during the night, then no data on watch or app ,once it was recharged, so far none of the measurements have been correct, blood pressure, and heart rate not even close, no ekg or other features it claimed to have, so far after a day it has been a waste of money
