Use to be very happy now I pay for something that only works a fourth of the time …I’m only home two evening out the week and can’t watch internet cause it’s out but believe y’all are working to fix problem

My only problem is internet is so slow and at times it is a crawl at best

Initial start up was slow to adjust. Overall, they need a little more range.

For the price we pay per month, we should have faster service. I have a friend that pays 40 dollars less per month and has fiber optic through his service.
