I give this high rating due to the latest operator/owner’s attention to advertising and treatment of customers (me, especially)!

Really like the wig, got the Tobacco Mix. Nice color. The wig was longer than pictured and I had it trimmed. Wish it had a tad more permatease, I know most want less. This wig looks very natural, not super shiny.

Had to do returns because color was not right for me, but they were courteous and prompt with handling that. This website has the same problems all of the rest of them do. Hard to translate colors accurately on the web page. If I was buying a more expensive item, would definitely try to order a color sample first.

Came quick. Tried it on only and seems to fit well. The blonde is a nice color with the darker roots.

Android ordering from wigs.com. the Winx came in a timely matter and her package nicely. My issues where with the fact of shipping to Canada was very expensive and the duty I had to pay as well which I wasn't expecting. So I think the wigs ended up costing a lot more than I planned on spending. Or could really afford.

I ordered a wig that was advertised to be blue like the photo on your site there no blue in the wig.

I love the choices and education Wigs.com has offered me. Toppers have boosted my confidence so much, and I enjoy sharing my experience at the salon and with friends. I took away one star because the piece I want is suspiciously out of stock and not available for pre-order when sales start, and I am an early morning shopper, but again, What this site has brought me is worth so much in my life quality.
