Wig had been stored too long . All the body was gone . The wig was flat.

The color was wrong . It was supposed to be pure white and the color is a very light brown . I was very disappointed 😢. Not sure if I can send it back

I selected a mixture of colors that should have matched my colors; but they do not. It matches better than the last company I used, but not close enough. This is something I need to see in person.

The wigs need to b returned, they AR not as I viewed on line. The pony tail is not full looking as on the web site and the attachment full piece is too course or brittle looking for me . I wanted a pony tail to be thicker than what you sent. And the other piece I wanted to be more bigger and looser than yours. How do I send a photo?

When using the prepaid label to return your order, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount rendered to UPS for their service. The wig was not as it appeared in the photo. It was thin and straggly. I was very disappointed. The only reason I didn't return it is because I had already ripped up all the paperwork and discarded it. I don't believe I'll be ordering from you again. $300 is a lot of money to lose.

I found the EXACT same wig and color for half the price. IT WAS NOT AN OPEN BOX ITEM. This wig was for my sister who just completed her second round of chemo and I was so heartbroken when I found it cheaper. With taking her to her appointments and time slipping away from me I did not think I would have enough time to send it back. Im very disappointed.

Dear Kim we are sorry to hear of you disappointment with locating the wig cheaper however please be aware that there are many outlet sites that do offer items at a greater discount however they are typically open box meaning they are based upon returns the items from wigs.com are always new factory fresh and straight from the manufacturer.
