Never recieved my wig. Have been going back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks, have called fedex 3 times already, and my wig has been lost since last week. This company admitted to it being lost but is refusing to give me a refund. They just keep apologizing and saying they will open more claims with fedex... makes no sense. They are a scam. They also vet all comments on their pages, which is why they're reviews are so high.

Hair not human hair , hair sheds and wig cap very small cannot adjust to head size but has adjustable strap. Also hair is not true lenthg I would avoid this company if you want a good wig .YOU WILL NOT GET A GOODWIG FROM THIS SITE.. they have refunded £30.00 pounds wig was 121 pounds so I'm £91.00 pound out of pocket for a im not happy with this . So i will be taking this further

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Be warned They’re using images of models with hair they do not sell, and sending consumers synthetic hair that are nothing like the ads. I ordered a chestnut layer human hair and received synthetic blonde wig with highlights. Spent 3 days trying to explain to multiple staff through WhatsApp and email that chestnut is brown, not blonde. And each time I was told I was wrong, the photograph lighting makes the hair look a different color and that the hair I received was correct. Finally agreed to a refund, but I was told to fort the bill to return (I live in Australia, the postage cost is half the price of the hair) the hair because their policy states that they are only responsible for covering cost of returns when there’s a quality issue. How is sending your clients the opposite of what they pay for not your responsibility to resolve? Horrible customer service, misleading advertisement and not proactive about conflict resolution. What a shame

I’m actually waiting on my wig and haven’t received it yet, but my main issue is the false advertisement. You use black womens faces to make it come off as a black ran company, but as soon as you’ve placed an order all English goes away and everything is in Chinese and alittle annoying to be honest. The way that the people email also comes off as if they are trying to mimic the African American slang. It’s a hidden catfish for sure! Be upfront with your background and where you are!

I ordered an 18 inch water wave curl wig however when i got it it was 10 inches kinky curl. I requested that they send me the correct wig they refused and said they would give me $15 voucher when the wig cost $83! Do not EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I just lost out BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered 2 wigs . They were mass emails about a sale which companies do all the time . I don’t care for a refund just want what I ordered the two wigs to only get a email that order was cancelled due to a glitch in the system . Mind you is was not under $100.. mist companies would honour this as this is not a consumers fault .. they offered me 10% discount as if I was looking for one. People be mindful ..

I wish I could give 0 STARS!!!!! DO NOT BUY! My lace was OVER BLEACHED!!!! Not to mention my part was not PRE PLUCKED. Oh and don’t forget that “READY TO WEAR” wasn’t READY TO WEAR! thank god my wig maker is saving my life by fixing it for me.

I ordered the wig over 15 days ago and it hasn’t dispatched or left their warehouse. Everytime I would ask for when it was going to be dispatched, an ETA or a cancellation eventually, I would be sent messages like “dear you wait, you valuable customer” or “we try our best to ship”. They message only at 4am, offer discounts on next order but can’t fulfil the first. They might have good reviews but the service I received was incredibly poor.

The wig you bought is a best-selling wig,, inventory changes with daily sales, and the website cannot automatically synchronize factory inventory. because the order volume has suddenly surged, so the processing time will be a little longer than before, but we are unwilling to lower the quality requirements, we still asked the hairstylists to seriously pluck and flat, really really so sorry for making you wait so long. According to the info that you said the message only at 4 am, we have looked into the problem that you mentioned. Due to different time zones and time differences between China and your country, shift work hours, and off at night/weekends/holidays, sometimes responses are delayed, but every email is guaranteed to be replied to within 24 hours. your email was replied to on the same day.
