Warning: This bank is non-compliant with consumer protection laws. They refused to even start an investigation into fraudulent charges on my account. I am taking legal action. Save yourself the stress and move your investments elsewhere before you run into the same issue. the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Regulation E) and the Fair Credit Billing Act actually require banks to investigate reported fraud within specific timelines.

Let’s say: I love Widget Financial. They are the BEST nonprofit, local credit union in Erie! They always put us members first, and focus on our financial path, and how to better our financial journey. I have a Getcash Card, Lockdown Account, Shared Savings, and a Special Savings with them. Yes, I honestly love them that much because they have been the greatest to me and guiding me to a better financial future. They have a fantastic branch footprint, great 24/7 customer care, decent mobile app, friendly and amazing staff who will go above & beyond, and great product to fit everyone’s needs no matter where you are in your financial journey. I really, really love them! I would highly recommend them for all of your banking needs. If you are in Chexsystems and owe a bank money like I do, the Getcash Card is a terrific alternative and works great for me as a “Checking Alternative”. It’s basically a checking account with less features and perks, and it’s a card from the credit union.

I love Widget Financial. I have a GetCash Account and two saving accounts. I became a member with them when I first moved to the area and they have been great! Great customer service, and every branch I've stepped in has very friendly orientated staff. I was denied a traditional checking account because of my banking history and they ended up giving me a "GetCash Card" which isn't a big deal because I actually love the card. It works for me, and does everything I need it to do. One thing that is a bummer is the $300 withdrawal at the ATM & I can't make cash deposits at the ATM at all. Other then that it's a great card. Widget has very friendly staff, and I love the 24/7 customer service!!! I highly recommend them. Great financial institution. You feel like family!
