I think this service is great. It was a positive experience. They asked all the important questions to advise me accordingly. I was comfortable with their suggestions and they also emailed me a summary of the call. They also followed up with me the next business day. I was very pleased with the service.

I always get instructions that are clear and straightforward, plus all the techs are so kind with a lot of helpful tips on how to manage care. I have been able to both spare my cat unnecessary vet visits and get her seen promptly when it's needed. They also follow up to ensure that the issue is resolved. It is valuable peace of mind.

Took my GERMAN Shepherd, to the local dog groomer and upon, returning home ,my dog started having the runs, then bloody stool. I called WiskerDocs. for some advice , this all happened in a Sunday, no Emergency Vets , we're open locally , all located 1 to2 hours away, The advice i received from WiskerDocs , was Outstanding, and actually calmed me down also , My 5 year old GERMAN Shepherd is doing great and very active THANK YOU WISKER DOCS
