I still have a lot of masques and currently only on e are occasion need to wear one. Yours are the best,! One thing my Feb 2022 order never arrived, did you receive my payment?

The package of gloves was supposed to be XL. They're too small.

Hi Gary, we are sorry to know the gloves ran out smaller than expected. After checking your order details, you've placed an order with the gloves in size Large, not X-Large, thus the reason they ran out smaller. Love the products but every order has an issue. One time the masks had a different color strap than the pictures, which of course my daughter refused to wear. The next time they sent small masks instead of regular adult size. And this last subscription order there was an item out of stock so instead of asking if I wanted to substitute or just sending the 80% of the order that wasn’t out of stock, they just didn’t send anything until I complained. They did send it by expedite shipping for no extra charge but we still have to go another week without the masks we were expecting. This company needs to up its quality control and customer service game.

I ordered too many masks and have tried to reach someone for a return authorization, but no one has returned my call or email.

Masks look amazing quality and I love the individual packaging. However sizing is not appropriately advertised. Size ‘SMALL’ masks marked for age 5-8 were too small for my average sized 5 and 7 year old girls. I bought so many masks that will go unused only to wish I had purchased the ‘REGULAR’ marked as suitable for age 9-12. This is very misleading, who could have imagined the small size would be too small for my 5 year old.

We hope that, before placing your order, you were able to see the measurements of the masks as well shown on site and that appear when a size is selected. As well, we provide an illustrated guide in the product's description to guarantee the masks will fit and how to do a measurement at home to confirm the standardized size we distribute fit your child's face. We understand very well that not everyone will fit to the same size or to the most common ages the masks were tested and fit, and that was the reason which we made our site this friendly to confirm many times if the sizes fit. The CDC recommended your masks and they were too big ,bigger than others and didactic fit.Very disappointing

Please note to compensate this issue, since we understand not everyone will fit on the same size, we've created these masks in a variety of sizes shown on site in the most friendly way we were able (Large, Regular, and Small), with their measurements shown when you choose a determined size, in order to avoid fitting issues. 1. No way to communicate effectively with the company once you sign up for regular delivery of masks. 2. Once cancelled, the company has miscommunications and still continues to send the regular deliveries PLUS charges them! 3. To resolve it once I call yet again, they still CHARGES for the package, not offering to take it back, with NO assurance to my cancelled frequency! 4. Products are good though, TERRIBLE customer service!

After doing a quick verification on your case based on the email you have sent on February 9th, you have cancelled the subscription only, but only 7 minutes after the order was already placed, which means the order was not, and once you reached out to us stating you've cancelled both, we kindly asked you to contact us back to refund your order once arrives to your order for us to send them back and refund, but never heard back from you, which is a shame as we wanted to provide the assistance you requested in front of your case. Good selection of masks and an accurate description of certifications. But quality is quite variable.
