I was relieved to find the tirzepitide at an affordable cost. Ive started using it using a low dose for a month and I'm about to increase it toward the next prescribed level. In last 39 days my body has let go about 15 lbs. Im down 28 lbs since Jan 1. In the past when I used tirzepitide I got significant constipation. This time I knew to take a dose of fiber daily or a laxative as a preventative. I also try to keep my hydration at 80 Oz or more a day.

Medication has been working and I’ve been getting my medication delivered on time.
