Good food for my dogs. Easy to order. The only negative I have with this product is the new packaging otherwise everything else is great

Thank you for sharing, Stacey! Can you tell us more? What is about the new packaging that you aren't loving? We appreciate any insight as we're always looking for ways to improve.😊

The quality of the meats is excellent and my dogs love their dinners! Shipping is usually quite reliable. I would like more dry ice including as the delivery time is always after I leave for work so the box sits outside quite a while. In winter this isn’t an issue but summer it is as the meat starts to thaw. Not good! If delivery was before 10 AM that would be fine.

I love that my dog loves the food! Almost everything is amazing and I appreciate the care WeFeedRaw has put into the food so our babies can eat something actually natural full of nutrition. I'm only giving 4 stars due to 2 reasons: 1. The new peel package is an AMAZING idea. One drawback is that it's a bit difficult to peel. I can see those with arthritis having a difficult time peeling the food open. Sometimes I don't have time to be fumbling with it to peel that I just use the old fashioned way of cutting. I think it can do with some improvements 2. I wish there were some raw chew options. Kind of like raw duck neck or something that's not ground up. Just to help give our babies something to help clean their teeth. Other than that, I have absolutely no complains on the food itself. My dog loves it, my dog is healthier and her red stains when i got her as a puppy has completely vanished since i switched to WeFeedRaw. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendations! We sincerely appreciate any opportunity to improve our customer experience and notes like yours help us achieve that. While we don't currently offer a chew option, you can always offer recreational or raw meaty bones a few times a week. Not only do they provide mental stimulation and jaw exercise but they naturally clean tartar and plaque from teeth. We recommend doing so under supervision and advising with your trusted veterinarian before introducing to your dog.

New packaging is easier to open and clean but takes longer to defrost. Quality seems good.

So far it’s been a great experience, we love that they are timely on delivery, the next box arrives right when we need it. The only thing I wish could be improved is the new format of the packaging. They recently updated to a smaller and thicker brick which fits in the freezer better, but it takes twice as long to defrost as before. It’s not too bad, but something a bit inconvenient. Still a good company to use to supply our dog food.

My dogs love it! The packages are neat and easy to serve. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have multiple pet discounts or I’d be feeding more than once a day. It’s way too expensive for two mastiffs to eat more than once a day. They would love it, but I’d be broke!

You're doing great, Barbara! We have many pet parents with giant breed or multiple dogs that opt for a partial feeding plan to make their raw meals stretch further. We fully support doing what works best for you and your pups. ❤️

We Feed Raw would have 5 stars from me if they had been able to keep their venison option in my area. My dog does really well with Beef, Lamb, and Venison. Her stomach simply can't handle any of the other options (chicken, turkey, duck). I really enjoyed the 5lb bulk patties as well bc I could mix in a little bit of the other options when I wanted but now I would recieve equal portions of each protein. I really hope they can bring Venison back bc now my dog only has 2 options, which isn't ideal. I love the convenience of this company but am now concerned I may have to try a different brand so she can have enough variety in protien for her overall health. My husband also finds it funny that we can't decide how much of each protein we get with each box and that it is already decided by the company, considering we pay for it. It doesn't bother me too much bc it use to be 3 options for us but like I said, I'm a bit frustrated about losing a protein source.

Hi Rebecca, thank you so much for your honest feedback. Unfortuntately, we have not been able to secure a consistent venison supplier that meets our quality standards and the difficult decision to discontinue at this time was made. We certainly appreciate your feedback as we continue to move forward and navigate these changes. Rest assured, we will continue to communicate regarding any future updates. In the meantime, if we can make any adjustments to your pup's meal plans to better suit your needs, please don't hesitate to reach out directly to our team. We're always happy to help as best we can!

Our dogs love their We Feed Raw food! We’ve been loyal customers for several years now and look forward to many more. Our only complaint is the new smaller packaging, which makes it hard to cut smaller portions to feed our small dogs.

We appreciate you all! We also sincerely appreciate your additional follow up regarding our new packaging. Your feedback is so important to us as we continue to move forward.
