We Feed Raw customer service is great! Whenever I had any questions or concerns related to my dog's food or diet, I reach out to them via email and their response was very quick. They addressed all my concerns and provided all the necessary information.

Talk about amazing customer service! This company really knows what they are doing, are knowledgable in their product, and are super friendly and helpful when it comes to food questions from over-thinker pet parents like myself. Then there’s the food! My dog is over-the-moon excited at meal time now. And I can be a confident pet parent because the feeding instructions and food patties are clearly labeled and super simple to follow. My only regret is not finding this company sooner!

Everyone has to choose how to feed their dog, but let me tell you: I will never go back to anything but raw as long as I can get my hands on the products We Feed Raw (WFR) offers. We adopted two senior dogs and have been debating whether raw would be a good option for them. They recently were both diagnosed with different types of cancer so that just sealed the deal - we went raw. I researched, found WFR, scrutinized their website, and even reached out to them before ordering our first trial box. They were, and continue to be great. The food comes quickly, consistently, and packed very well. We live on the West Coast (US) and the dry ice keeps everything frozen solid during transit. There's very little waste in the packaging as nearly all of it can be recycled or reused. The trial box comes with instructions, which are also emailed to the account on file, as well as a cool little silicone dish with a lid. The website is very user friendly and makes it very simple to make any changes to our order. And, if there's something that you can't do online, their customer service is SPOT ON. Seriously, they are incredibly nice people and will do as much as they can to make sure you have what you need for your dog(s). We have ordered duck, lamb, venison, and turkey so far and our dogs love every single protein. Other raw foods are still very chunky and for our pups, the hard chunks of bone just don't work. But the content, quality and grind of the meat from WFR is stellar. My dogs get excited when I open the package - this doesn't happen with other foods. Quality of product - 5 stars. Quality of service - 5 stars. Ease of ordering/use - 5 stars. I highly recommend to everyone.

Just 2 weeks in at 50% and my boys coat is silky smooth! The customer service is top notch, I’ve texted numerous questions and concerns and the replies are quick and very helpful.

Really great food. My dog loves every recipe. He’s a puppy and I’ve been feeding him this from the start. Vet says he’s in great condition. Coat is super shiny, he’s very alert and energetic and has gained a good amount of weight.

Simba is 16 months old and has been on wefeedraw from past couple of months and absolutely loves it. He looking forward for more orders in future and to be a brand ambassador 🤪

I’m so happy I’ve taken the leap to We Feed Raw. My two senior pups (14 and 81/2 years old) are so excited for meal time they race home from their morning walk. They’re poops are less smelly and they have less gas. This is only after a few weeks too. I’m also super impressed with their attention and guidance.

My dog had started losing interest in her kibble and not eating to the point that she was getting sick. Everything checked clear at the vet, so we decided to switch her food and chose We Feed Raw. The customer service is excellent and our dog loves her food! Hasn’t skipped a meal since and is finally starting to gain some weight!
