My experience working with the Webinopoly team has and continues to be absolutely great!!! We are currently transitioning a 10 year old E-Commerce business with over 10000 items and 100+ thousands of customers and orders to a new platform. I really did not know how we were going to pull it off. What I saw as a huge ordeal didn't seem that difficult for Webinopoly and they have shown it. Great service. Ran into an issue with some settings/coding when it came to issuing a refund. Very quick response and it was fixed in about 20-30 minutes from the time I emailed them about the error. I went back refund the customer and the correct amount was refunded the 2nd time.
