I chose the pharmacy closest to me but my prescription was called to a pharmacy far from me. Not even in the same zip code. Took me awhile to figure out where it was.

The doctor was nice and called in a prescription however no one within 100 miles had that medicine and there is no one to call. So we end up calling our doctor in texas to call In a different medicine. Money out the window

we couldn’t get registered correctly and so had to pay out of pocket. We reached out but never heard back from anyone.

The Doctor was polite and courteous, however there was a hurried air in the interview/diagnosis and I was left with a feeling like I had been rushed through. Perhaps going forward a modicum of patience would be well heeled. The medication/s prescribed were competently "Top-level."

My biggest complaint is the communication with the office and the physician. Once your office visit is completed, there is no way to follow up, ask a question, get clarification, confirm pharmacy, etc. The other comment is that ;you are not told up front that a follow up appt is mandatory each month in order to get refills.
