Great service but doctor was kinda rude

My phone consultation was quick, thorough and saved me a trip to the urgent Care helping me limit my exposure to other illnesses. I received a prescription and a Dr note for work.

This was a great service. The physician called me within the hour and was quick and efficient and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star rating is that the doctor had a very thick Indian accent and it was hard for me to understand exactly what he was saying; otherwise, I was very pleased with the service

Called back immediately, asked good questions, got the prescription in immediately to my pharmacy. Good price. Good outcome.

You are on time when i need it

My callback was very prompt. The doctor asked all the right questions, though I do not think he understood my specific circumstances accurately, though I did explain. I was treated as though I was an everyday, out of control alcoholic, and I am not. Furthermore I did not fully understand the prescription in that it was not accurately explained. I was not sure whether I take a pill the first 4 days whether I drink or not. Be sure to take the time to communicate effectively on these important points, and you will have a much better experience.
