Our pup has had his wheelchair for 4 years and we’ve never had to fix anything on it. We ordered replacement wheels because they were getting a bit worn out…we use it a lot! They arrived quickly and fit perfectly, thanks!

Initially, we want to express our gratitude for finding your website, as it has been a lifesaver for our French bulldog, who suffered from IVDD and became paralyzed, leaving us with the heart-wrenching decision of either euthanizing her or finding a wheelchair, and naturally, we opted to putting her in a wheelchair, despite being new to this experience and unsure of how to proceed, but our daughter's discovery of a TikTok video showcasing a dog in a wheelchair led us to your website, and we immediately ordered a wheelchair for our dog, Luna, and upon receiving, we were overjoyed to see her mobility and happiness restored, as she effortlessly rolled around the house on her new wheels, we appreciate the outstanding customer service provided, as they quickly respond to voicemails and address concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

The product descriptions and sizing guide were excellent. The unit fit my little guy perfectly when it got here. I also thought the instructions were very straight forward and easy to use. The assembly was not overly complex. Most importantly the pre and post sales customer support from the team was incredible. Samantha is 10 star.

I am so excied that my dog has some wheels! My husky mix is a med-large, with some partial paralysis in his back legs. So the wheels allow us to go further, as opposed to a regular walk where, if he gets tired, I end up supporting him via his harness. But now he can go farther for longer, and he looks so happy! And, at first I was apprehensive about putting it together, but assembly was actually super simply. And I love how it folds flat - super easy to put in the car!
