My first time ordering from Walker Edison and the cabinet I chose showed up with some flaws in the pre-drilled holes for set up. I reached out to customer service with photos to see if I could get a couple of replacement parts and keep my original order, they sent an entire new cabinet within days and I was able to put together the new cabinet on my own. Very easy to work with, quick response, great customer service! I will order from this company again.

The customer service here is astounding, I had some issues with my product but the folks here at Walker followed up and rectified the situation, will use them again in the future. You don’t find that often these days and that alone is worth it as a customer.

I received two pieces in my order that were defective. I emailed the company and they sent new ones at no cost. Unbeknownst to me, my purchase came with a warranty.

I cannot even begin to explain how out-of-this-world the Customer Service from Walker Edison was. So timely and personal in all their communications and helped me secure a product I thought I would never be able to get. There are not enough stars available to give the true rating they deserve!

This is actually my second Walker Edison purchase, and I'm just as happy with this one as I was with my first. I have the Reema sideboard, so I already knew I liked their furniture, and the Darci cabinet was exactly what I was looking for. It's the perfect mix of display space and hidden storage, and I love how it instantly made my living room feel more put together. It was easy to assemble, feels well made, and the soft-close doors and drawers are a nice bonus. I'd definitely buy from Walker Edison again.

I made an error when ordering that was completely my fault. I realized my error shortly after ordering and reached out to Walker Edison. Elizabeth in Sales Support bent over backwards to help me resolve this issue (even though it was completely my fault) and worked diligently with me over a couple of weeks. Her communication was timely and her customer service is unmatched. Although I had to cancel this, my first order from Walker Edison, I will definitely order again.
