I don’t know why there are such bad reviews. So far, I don’t have much experience with this company, but I can’t say anything negative. The prices are quite competitive, the range of services is complete, everything is clear and straightforward. If you dive into the technical details, everything seems very well thought out.

I've always had a positive experience with Vultr, their support generally responds within an hour and they have really competitive pricing. So far I've had close to 100% uptime on my servers and I've been using them for just over 2 years now.

They are consistent and improving I am using their services for 3 years now

Again the scheduled network service happened without me noticing ... having had a couple of small cloud VPS with Vultr for several years, I cannot but praise the experience. Almost 100% uptime and no fuss; highly competent technical support.

Love it! Using for 3 years. Like anything, you have to know what you are doing to use it.
