VortexHaus USHonesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on Rated Honest, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

We love how it fits into tight spaces and can travel when needed without taking up any space. It's very compact but very powerful at the same time. This is a very multi functional tool that is easy to use everywhere around the home. I definitely recommend.

Customer service is top notch, very insightful. My Vortex, since purchasing it, has replaced the use of the gas powered leaf blower. Literally, I use it for drying the car, for clean up after mowing, blowing off the carport / driveway, and the porch.

Being a senior citizen using the smaller hand blower is absolutely great. Used it to dry my car but I have really enjoyed using it blowing leaves out from under my trees. Also use it to clean my porches. Thank you for a very nice blower.

Just used my Mach version for the first time drying my car and worked great. Easily dried the entire car but had to switch to a second battery to complete the job. I'm using the Dewalt batteries and have 2 of the 5 AH batteries. Almost finished on the first one but just needed a few more minutes. Saves a lot of work drying by hand, probably cut my time to a quarter of what it took with the towl. I'm currently using mainly for drying my car but also used it for clearing out the garage floor or small gardens. So far so good.

Great blower, not for heavy duty blowing obviously but does a great job blowing leaves off porch and water off cars.

I am a tool and gadget guy. This is by far the best in its category. I have ordered two of the Mach's. One for my home in NY and one for my home in Maine. The power for its size is unbelievable. From the home to the car to the yard I find myself using it almost everyday. The company support and personnel are First Class and Aces. I don't like to recommend things but this product deserves the accolades!!
