I should have known when they make you pay for a year upfront not to sign up. It took a while to convince a client to spend the time to make a video. Once he did, it had no sound, which made it useless. Any app designed to collect audio and cost this much should at least have minimal safeguards to alert a user if no sound is detected. What a waste of money. No service was provided either; it was just a message that said he could try again, and the cancellation policy said I couldn't get any money back. I'm glad I paid for a full year upfront. That. Anyway, I paid for a useless service and could not be more unhappy.
