Product is smaller than the part it's replacing. Gaps all around the headlight assembly. An communication sucks. But did arrive early

Initially tried to purchase wheels that were not even in stock even though their marheying implied they were available. Their retention department called me back and sold me a different set. In the end I returned my wheels and manufacturer confirmed receipt 1/31. I have still yet to receive a refund. At this point I don’t think I will see my money. Very upset and dissatisfied. 2/19: I see the refund is pending. My review has been updated. In the future, proper expectation on the time of refund would be better.

They were the only ones to have the item I ordered in stock so I guess that’s a plus but shipping is terrible. Took almost 2 weeks to get something that was in stock. Also the tracking number provided in the email receipt was for their company to receive the part at their facility which was really strange. I had to call to get the tracking info for delivery to my house.

I received my order pretty quick, price was fair, the packaging was torn up pretty bad, but I blame the shipping company on that. It was heavy and cumbersome. Couple of the pieces have scratches and nicks, but thats ok. I just hope its not missing anything when I go to install it.

I like that I received it in a timely manner. The personal personally reached out to me to fix a issue. Other than the instructions being a little vague I'm pleased.

I have not received my Headlight order yet after your system malfunction....

I order a pulley for my 01 eclipse spyder gt and it’s half size from the original, now that I’m trying to send it back they won’t refund me what the original cost is. Now I have to send it back and I had to order from a different factory and have to wait a week to get it.

Arrived fast, was as described, however was pretty expensive for what it was. Could have purchased similar for half the price. Porsche Tax clearly.
