There are much better software out there. You can make multiple versions of the uploaded images, but after a while it always gives the same style and layout. The customer service is incomprehensible.

nowhere on the site, is there any mention of a mandatory annual subscription, instead they bury it in the t&c. i signed up thinking i'll try it for a month, but they will not let me cancel it, and now they are locking me into paying monthly.

They sent the most ridiculous photos - furniture at the base of a staircase, window treatments on a refrigerator. Wish i was joking. Quite apparent there are no humans overseeing the process. Tried to cancel and got the run around for days, then said it was too late to cancel. Pricing is great if they were providing reasonable photos however was not the case and wasted 2x trying to make sense of the pictures.

I was overcharged significantly TWICE for over $300 and then for nearly $500. They auto-refunded the $300 online thru an automated process but then once that didn't work for the $500, you find that NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE exists either at Virtual Staging AI or at Paddle.com, the company they use for as the outsourced Credit Card Merchant. No phone number to call for EITHER company. Only an email address, and no one emails back. I will give it another day and if they assist I will have a different opinion. Paddle.com is primarily in the United Kingdom, good luck with that. With only a spattering of US employees who work at home.

I signed up for their $15 trial... it ended up charging me for a yearly subscription... I cancelled the subscription thinking it would refund me and end my subscription... Except it didn't it turned off the renewal for next year... Their "chat bot" just says waiting for internet connection, everything about this site feels off and very shady. I am giving them 24 hours to respond to my e-mail request before escalating to both Paypal and my credit card to reverse the charges.

This company did an amazingly fast job of virtually staging images during the free trial and they were good. Unfortunately, after paying for a 1 year subscription, the results were less that adequate. In fact they are poor 95% of the time with creepy images of peoples heads, distorted images, etc. Great in concept but poor delivery. Their "refund policy" only gives you 7 days for refund or less than 10 images submitted, One listing Trial rendered this refund policy useless. "You are eligible for a full refund if: You cancel your subscription within seven days of the initial purchase. You have used fewer than 10 input images to test and generate renders with our service. You request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase." I highly recommend you reconsider purchasing this service as they have a long way to go to provide professional virtual staging. Also, multiple attempts to Chat with them "24 hours per day" went unanswered indefinitely.

Terrible, they don’t answer their emails. I requested to cancel my account and never got a response. When I went back onto the website they had a pop up that said 20% off and I pressed exit but it instantly charged me a yearly fee of over $270.00 when I sent emails I got no response.

Unfortunately this staging did not work for our needs. It was editing flooring and finishes on listing photos. We purchased it on a Thursday and tried to cancel on Monday but so far the bot is telling us we cannot cancel or get a refund. Also there is no way to stage cohesively with the same pieces from different angles. I am hoping I can get a refund, as I paid for an entire year and will not be able to use this service.
