First of all, their products are great. Second, they offer free express shipping to the EU which is very rare for a brand base in the US (they ship from the US). And probably the most important: their CS is impeccable

Hervorragender Kundenservice Mein Päckchen ist in der Post stecken geblieben und als ich es gemeldet habe, wurde sofort meine Rückzahlung in die Wege geleitet, ohne dass ich vorher endlose E-Mails schreiben musste. So zuvorkommend, ich habe den Lippenstift erneut bestellt und hoffe, dass er nun von der Post geliefert wird. Danke.

I have recently contacted them for boum-boum milk’s spray nozzle which has deteriorated a lot over the years. Which is not a problem if it’s just a normal bottle which you can toss at the end. It’s a refillable bottle so I contacted the customer service. They were kind enough to not only sent me a spray nozzle for 100ml bottle but also a bisou jelly along with it. I am so pleased I can enjoy the boum-boum milk as normal as it has saved me a lot of time over the years when I am running out the door with kids. Amazing customer service!

I am a lipstick lover and very picky about what I use and I truly love their products. I had an issue with a lip balm and it was resolved beyond my expectations, the quick response and care for my satisfaction is exactly a great company does. I am very satisfied and happy :)
