I own seven cameras, two per car, front and back , they are really good and they do its job . Recently I had a problem with one , contacted their customer service, my issue was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The representative that helped me was very friendly.

So my original dashcam was out of warranty and had developed issues, viofo support reached out and offered to replace for a small fee, i refused this as i was looking at buying a new dashcam, another viofo this time the a329s plus hardwire kit. The kit i purchased was the correct kit however there was an alternative kit for specifically hardwiring a dashcam with a no voltage cut off, again viofo support jumped in to help and sent me this kit for free all the way from china in 5 days, good updates and tracking information. 100% positive experience with viofo.

The quality , patience, and seemingly genuine concern for the problem that I was having. Honestly, AI has become so good now, I have difficulty knowing when I am dealing with a human or a AI chatbot. "Annie" was the representative helping me, and if "she" was a chatbot, she was a VERY GOOD one. Annie actually read all of my email correspondence and did not try to make me go through a trouble-shooting "script". I explained what I had done to troubleshoot the problem and she agreed that my rear camera had failed. Amazon was out of stock, so they ordered a new camera from China, and it arrive at my house 5 days later, which I thought was incredible. The new camera is working fine, and the video quality is everything I expected it to be.

Had a VIOFO dash cam for years now, model A 129 Pro Duo. It has been reliable and the footage it captures is market leading. Installed with VIOFO Hard Wite Kit for parking functions and it has always worked flawlessly. Recently it started turning on and off randomly, I contacted VIOFO, their replies were swift, professional and helpful. After getting me to do some tests they concluded the hard wire kit had failed and immediately organised to send me a replacement free of charge, even though it was outside the warranty period. They even apologised for the inconvenience it caused me. Great product and fantastic customer service. Thank you VIOFO, I will only ever use VIOFO dash cams. Special thank you to Josie whom organised everything for me. Cannot praise the camera or the customer service highly enough.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jessica from VIOFO customer support for an outstanding experience. I recently placed multiple orders with VIOFO for a full dash cam setup, including the A329SW 3CH system, accessories, SSD-related items, and the BP100 / EP100 battery pack setup. With several orders, account details, discounts, and follow-up questions involved, I honestly had a lot going on and needed help making sure everything was properly connected and handled correctly. Jessica was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to review my account, help link my orders properly, look into my pricing questions, and provide special attention to the details of my purchases.
