I purchased two of the A229 dash cam systems. The first with a inside rear camera and the other with a outside, weather resistant, camera. Both system preformed as expected. I had to contact costumer support and found them to be very helpful, solving my issue.

Bought a new A229 Ultra but had an issue with the rear camera not working. Had a couple of back and forth messages with Cassie as she helped me troubleshoot the issue. Turns out the rear cam and cable aren’t working, so they sent a replacement rear cable and cam and I’ve tested that it’s working now.

I had an issue with my VIOFO A139 Pro front camera and reached out to VIOFO Support for help. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Jessica from the support team was extremely responsive, patient, and clear throughout the entire process. She walked me through troubleshooting, explained the RMA steps clearly, and coordinated a replacement without any hassle. Communication was prompt, transparent, and consistent, which made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. It’s rare these days to find customer support that truly follows through, and VIOFO absolutely did. I really appreciate the professionalism and care shown, especially during the holiday season. Viofo replaced my defective dashcam, no questions asked after only a few email exchanges over their support channels. I fully thought I would get the runaround because my camera was likely out of warranty and I did not register my device officially. But they exceeded my expectations by providing a full replacement & shipping label to ship back my defective one, all free of charge.
