Yes it works (BD/DVD ripper)...sort of! Will not copy multi episode disks and "tech support' refuses to acknowledge there is a problem. They keep asking for the same information.... They do not have any sort of ticket system for support, must be 30 people asking for the same info or crappy AI to try and get people to 'just go away'

Purchased a month ago and had stalling problems right off the bat. They sent an update which took care of the stalling but when I try to view a ripped dvd, it is pixelated terribly, regardless which player I use. They suggested I rip at a higher bitrate, which was done to no avail. I requested a refund but was denied on at least two occassions. I give up, live and learn. I purchased Leawo Prof. Media and it works flawlessy for me.

The trial and 30 days money back didn't work. Emails and payed through Paypal but didn't get money back. Was not happy with program not working. Now Want to install on new Hdd. but activation does not work anymore????? Waist of money. Internet provider in Denmark are also now blocking web page. Malware and virus. Stay AWAY. No service.

Tried using VideoByte DVD ripping software to rip 12 DVDs, but found that approx 1/2 could not be read by the application or the ripped file would only grab half of the file that was on the DVD (so if the episode was 22 min in length, the ripped file would only grab the first 11 minutes). Tried using a different application and everything worked perfectly. I therefore requested a refund on the basis of their 30-day money back garantee. After 6 weeks of back and forth emails, they eventually asked me to resintall a new version. No thank you. So clearly, their 'money back guaratee' is nonsense and they have no intention of honouring it.

If reading a disc fails, we will first troubleshoot some basic issues with the user, such as the DVD is in good condition without any scratches or damages, and whether we make sure the system reads the Blu-ray drive and disc correctly and so on, all of which will help us to analyze the problem. i purchased a subscription for a dvd ripper software they sent me the wrong registration code the code they sent was for blu ray player i contacted the company and they reply was purchased another subscription they scam me out of my money refuse me a refund don't do business with them.videobyte contacted me and will refund my money and give me a 20% discount on dvd ripper i guess it was a misunderstanding i will try the dvd ripper and write a review on trustpilot. i like to thank trustpilot i'm new here and will write other reviews here.
