Ordered it 4/6, today id 4/14 and not yet delivered. Glad it is not an emergency. Get packages often from New York and Pittsburgh and they always arrive in Phoenix within three days!

Package container was open inside the shipping carton. We were able to pour the contents back into the bottle. Please look into why the bottle cap became opened during shipping. We didn't lose any product but others may.

I don't know if it's you guys or my vet, but literally every time I order from you my vet claims they've never received the order. You guys claim you've sent it multiple times. I don't understand ..and recommend you come up with a way to CONFIRM that your request for verification from vets gets received.

I ordered my dog some lactose, a medication ib have purchased from this site for a year. It needed refills and was supposed to be faxed to the vet for authorization. When I emailed concerning this I was told they had not faxed and would fax that day. My vet confirmed two days later that they received it and faxed back the authorization and two more days later I still had not received a confirmation that it had been shipped. I had to email again and ask why it was not shipped and I didnt receive the product until 2/15. I ordered it on 1/24. My dog needs this medication to help him poop and he was without it for three weeks. Efficiency was not the best in this case.

Vet Rx Direct has been accurately filling my dog's Rx's for a few years now and appreciate their professionalism. However, for the 2nd time in a row I have experienced an issue receiving my price match. The 1st time I received an email confirming their match but was billed for their full retail amount. My phone call solved that issue so my thought was -- OK - its an honest mistake. Most recently, I ordered Novox again and requested a price match. Their follow up email advised me that they were requesting refill authorization from my Vet. When the order arrived, the billing showed full retail again. I made another call and was told that the price match was missed but credit would be issued in 7 to 10 days. Each price match saves about $35 -- Honest mistake two times in a row ?

I ordered the wrong Bayer flea and tick medicine. Too high restocking and no shipping back. I will stick with Amazon. If you want to compete, you have to offer more services. Unfortunately I won't be a repeat customer.
