We are sorry to hear that you were having some difficulties administering the product. Our products can be added to food, we would still suggest not using a metal dish as this can weaken the product. As far as seeing results, this will vary with each pet, but can take time to build up in the system. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began seeing a response. We do appreciate you taking the time to submit your feedback on our product. If you feel that your dog may be sensitive, you can try splitting the dose in 1/2 and giving it twice a day instead of the full dose once a day. There are customers that have done it this way when starting out to slowly build up to the full dose in an attempt to make it an easier transition on their pets system. Good Afternoon, After reviewing your order information, we do show that this was a recent purchase. With our products, because they are natural homeopathic, it can take time for their body to begin responding effectively. For most customers, it taken between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before there were any improvements. Sometimes, pets can go through a "detox" which can cause symptoms to temporarily worsen before they improve. If this is happening, we generally suggest cutting the dose in half until symptoms begin improving and then slowly build up to standard dosing for their weight. We would encourage you to continue using the product, on a lesser dose to start, to give the body an opportunity to begin responding positively to our product. I am sorry to hear that you are not yet seeing improvements. I do see that this package was shipping to Canada. I am assuming that the package arrived after a week or 2 from the purchase date, which tells me that your dog has only been on our product for a short time. Since you are using a natural homeopathic medicine, it can take time to build up in the system before their body will begin responding effectively. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began seeing any improvements in their pet. I am sorry to hear that you were having some difficulties administering the product to your rottweiler. You can actually put that dose in the food, as long as it is not a metal dish which can lessen the potency of the product.
