I will never order product from here again, no instructions come with anything, and the 1 chair I did receive(out of the 3 ordered) the allen wrench included in the bag doesn't even fit the screw that came with the chair. All the hardware was put in a bag for us to figure out. Very poor

Since the last order from approx. Nov 15th, 2021 that submitted more then a month now has been sitting at a postal area just a few miles away and they can seem to justify why, it’s really hard to give any stars at all.

This review is regarding the ordering process only. Made my order and immediately tried to chat and sent email asking for call back as I was looking to add another room divider to my order and see about changing color as I hit the wrong one. It was a holiday and understood not getting a response that day. But t figured I would get a response the next day or at least before the order got produced. Got a call back 2 days later after order was already being sent letting me know it was too late to change anything. The person that called let me know the order was getting shipped and it was too late to do anything and had no concern with the fact that I tried to change the order immediately even though the website says if you change the order within 2 hours it can be done. I was going to order more, but not any more.

Live chat response was so slow. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes. Also, I wanted to see my order status, and I couldn't do that either.

I will never order from this company again. On the order website it says ships within 5 business days, it was actually 15 business days before it left and this is not including weekends. I ordered on July 14 and today is 08/20 and still no delivery. It shipped 08/05, made it to Orlando 08/10, left Orlando 08/17 and went to Georgia,Georgia? I’m an hour from Orlando. Today it is back in Orlando..The main reason I’m so irritated is because they made it sound like I would’ve had it soon than the amount of time it is actually taking. Also the shipping tracker says it was delivered 08/17 at 11am but I promise you I do not have possession of it especially when it says it was In Ga and back in Orlando. How about a phone call to let me know what’s going on 5 1/2 weeks later. Thanks

This arrived with brackets in a separate package and no directions at all! I would appreciate follow up!

Hi Stephanie, Sincere apologies that the instructions were not shipped with the brackets, it's a very simple set up and I will email you the PDF instructions right away. We also do list assembly instructions on the webpage under "Downloads". I will send the instructions now and do hope that you reconsider your review rating as these have a direct impact on our business and Versare holds client satisfaction to very high standards. Please let me know if I could assist you in any other way, and thank you for choosing Versare!
