Do not have update of delivery, I wait for 15 days, and find out you are out of stock and material. But no one advise us advance. On your website, you indicated the delivery would be within few days....

EDIT: I was contacted by another representative who was much more helpful and professional. He offered to make it right. Unfortunately we had already assembled the panels and made other accommodations. He then discounted our order. Absolutely horrible customer service as first. Rude, curt responses to my polite, but firm emails and calls regarding their extremely misleading website and problem with my order. The first person I talked to responded to my concerns with basically, "tough". I have concerns about the longevity of the product as it seems very lightweight.

Our first order came damaged, however we still kept it. I had called customer service twice as well as emailed and never got a response back. However, the quality of these partitions that I bought are excellent. A little pricey, but worth it.

Hi Cher - We apologize for the damage to your order that took place in transit to your destination from a few years ago, but we've made some updates to our shipping and logistics department that will alleviate these types of problems. It's great to hear that you still appreciate the quality of our products enough to place another order! How was your experience this time around when ordering online? If it was above 3 stars, would you mind updating this review to reflect it? If not, please let us know what we can do to help and someone from our Customer Success Team will assist. Thanks, The Versare Team

The product I am satisfied with. We did have to repair it in order to install since it was delivered damaged. The entire process from a customer service stand point was very frustrating. The communication from the company, I found to be very lacking. Shipping was a nightmare. I did not receive my product on time. The customer service rep. was not helpful. Did not return my calls. I had to call multiple times to get someone to respond. Dissatisfied with that process. I also, didn't hear from anyone for two weeks regarding the fact that my product was out of stock. Then, had to change colors. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because we do like the product. However, the customer service needs to be better.

The looks are great, but the construction is very flimsy. It barely stands on its own and we are concerned that if someone bumps into it it will fall and injure someone.

Products are great and we have ordered multiple times and in various states. My only issue is the delivery service options (which are expensive) do not offer delivery into a suite. So once I pay $500 for shipping and delivery, I still have to have the large, heavy boxes moved up the elevator and into the suite at another cost to me. When I called to speak to Customer Service about this issue, the person on the phone was curt and not concerned with losing business.

Too much time between online order and receipt of goods. Product is spectacular!

To be entirely fair, my concerns were not especially of critical importance. These sound absorbing walls I honestly think are just too short for my intended usage. They appear to not change the sound in my space at all. I was curious about a return policy but I’m outside of the time requirement. Not mad about it. I’m sure I can make use of them or sell privately. One thing worth noting and probably the most significant causality of the “average” rating: Your customer service rep asked why I waited until now and it was literally only because it took that long to receive an email requesting a review. I even sent her a screen cap as proof of receipt. Again. I’m honestly not upset at all. I’m sure your product would be great in a smaller space.
