Excellent customer service!!!
I had scheduled a service appointment for Friday, Dec. 12 between 4-8 pm. I received a phone call about 5:15 pm letting me know that he would be at my house within the hour and he was. Jason was very polite and introduced himself to me. He came in and assessed the situation quickly and took care of the problem without any hassles. He then went out of his way to show me how some of the features of my system work and he also replaced the battery in my key chain remote. He stayed longer than expected to make sure that I didn't have any questions and showed me how to run a test for a panic button. I was so happy to learn about the system and how it can help me. He is a fantastic employee and extremely helpful!!!

Awesome system, and the best monitoring!
This will be 15 years since I first bought my Vector System. It is simply the best system available. I have the wireless system, and it very rarely needs attention. Battery replacement is about all that it ever needs. I highly recommend this system and the Vector team!

Great Service
We have had Vector Security for the past 5 years. The customer service has been great. It gives peace of mind that Vector is "behind the door" once I close the door and leave for the day

RYAN is the BEST
As far as the overall service it's good.. Just the turn around time for service calls are a little lengthy. We have encounter the BEST service man ever Ryan.... He is honest, helpful, on time and just overall great guy.... He calls and say hes on the way and will be to out home in 10mins Ryan arrives in 10mins does the job and is done and is WILLING......

Very satisfied with Vector Security.
Installation was painless and Vector Security has been very responsive. I am pleased that we chose Vector Security for our home security vendor.
