With the concentrator I can’t travel by airplane and the business doesn’t want to return the money.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried to order replacement filters and caps on line but both of my credit cards were declined. I called customer service and they advised that parts can only be ordered on line and to call my bank to authorize accepting the charges. BS, I have never had to call my bank to accept charges. Apparently a untrustworthy company.

The official VARON Warranty Page states…
The official VARON Warranty Page states a 1-year limited warranty. While the policy notes that "accessories are excluded," a rechargeable battery required to operate a portable medical device is a core component, not a consumer accessory. Furthermore, a "1-month" limitation is not disclosed anywhere for the battery.

Compré un concentradorpequeño NO SIRVE!!
Compré un concentrador portátil para viajar en avión debido a problemas de desaturación. No dice en ningún sitio que no tienen licencia para usarlo en el avión. Más allá de eso, el equipo es totalmente inútil. No sirve de nada. He intentado devolverlo ya por varios días, pero insisten en que me lo quede o lo revenda cuando les digo que NO SIRVE! Cuidado por favor con estos vendedores

Impossible to get a refund
Customer service makes it impossible to return and get a refund. They just throw up road blocks. Definitely not a reputable company.

DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY!! I have 2 of there machines. The first one only worked for 7 hours. I bought another bigger model until I could get info on repairs for the first one. After over a year of trying to get my machines repaired there is no support from Varon. They will not service them unless they are under warranty and you have the original order number. They will not repair and they will not help you find anyone that services these machines. They have no problem flooding my email to buy another one. They have 0 support for maintenence and repairs unless under warranty..

WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY FOR THEIR MISTAKE
Purchased 4 nebulizer masks per pictured item on their website. They substituted the items for another style and my elderly mother cannot use the substituted items. Items are still sealed but they refuse to return. Will not order from them again

Pure Scam! Completely broken product.
Chinese company at all costs! I ordered a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC), but the machine arrived completely dead and does not work at all. This is a medical device, and selling non-functional equipment is extremely dangerous and fraudulent. Total scam, do not waste your money!
