Badly managed
Badly managed. Poor experience. Unresponsive to customer complaints. Their online payment system is faulty with no payment option available in Google Chrome or Safari. So every month I have to ask for a payment link. This month they added insurance to my rental - even though I have business insurance. While I was waiting for them to take the insurance fee off, they charged me a late fee that they won't remove. This is how bad they are.
